Humana Military Healthcare Services Receives Accreditation in Diabetes Disease Management Program

Re-accreditation also awarded for Asthma and Heart Failure

Humana Military Healthcare Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), recently received accreditation for its Disease Management Program – Diabetes and its first re-accreditation for Disease Management programs in Asthma and Heart Failure.

In addition, Humana Military has current URAC accreditation for Case Management, Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy, Health Network, Health Utilization Management, and Health Web Site.
